Family Reentry Workshop

The Family Reentry Workshop is a signature program of On The Way Home Reentry (OTWH) designed to help families navigate the challenges of incarceration, release, and reunification. This interactive, trauma-informed workshop provides practical tools, guided discussions, and structured planning to help families prepare for successful reentry while protecting the stability of their households.

Reentry impacts more than the person returning home—it affects spouses, parents, children, caregivers, and entire support networks. The Family Reentry Workshop addresses the emotional, relational, and practical realities families face during this transition by focusing on communication, expectations, boundaries, conflict resolution, family healing, and long-term stability. The program is built around the belief that strong family support is one of the most important factors in successful reintegration and reduced recidivism.
